Hongxinrui Product Type

Angular contact ball bearings are designed to carry both radial and axial loads. The structure of angular contact ball bearings has inner and outer rings that form a specific angle with the bearing axis, which is called the contact angle. The contact angle is usually 15°, 25° or 40°. The larger the contact angle, the greater the load capacity. The smaller the contact angle, the faster the speed.
Common angular contact ball bearings are divided into single-row and double-row. They are widely used in high-precision applications such as machine tool spindles, automotive transmission systems, and aerospace equipment.

Spherical bearings are bearings that can automatically adjust the misalignment between the shaft and the housing. They are mainly used to deal with misalignment caused by installation errors or shaft deflection. They are used in low-friction, low-load situations; they have higher load capacity and stronger impact resistance, and are more suitable for heavy-load equipment.

Ball bearings are mechanical parts that utilizes spherical rolling elements (steel or ceramic balls) to reduce friction in rotating parts. They can transfer the sliding friction to rolling friction, so the energy loss will be significantly reduced. Ball bearings have many advantages, like low coefficient of friction, compact design, simple maintenance, etc. However, their load-carrying capacity is lower compared to roller bearings.

Thrust bearings are a type of bearing used to bear axial loads. They are mainly used to limit axial displacement and provide stable support to ensure the normal operation of the equipment.
According to the type of rolling element, thrust bearings can be divided into thrust ball bearings and thrust roller bearings. Thrust ball bearings are used for lower axial loads and higher speeds; while thrust roller bearings have a greater load-bearing capacity and can support higher loads and lower speeds.

Roller bearings

Roller bearings are mechanical elements that use rollers (cylindrical, tapered, needle or other) to support loads and rotation. Their rollers are in line contact with the inner and outer ring raceways, with a large contact area, so they can withstand large radial or axial loads. Roller bearings optimize their adaptability to complex loads through the shape and arrangement of rollers (such as single row, double row or staggered arrangement). Roller bearings have the advantages of high load capacity and impact resistance.

Needle roller bearings are a type of rolling bearings whose rolling elements are slender needle rollers. Compared with traditional roller bearings, needle roller bearings have smaller roller diameters but longer lengths, and the needle rollers are in linear contact with the raceway, which has superior load dispersion capabilities, enabling them to withstand higher radial loads while still maintaining low operating friction.

Bearing seats are generally composed of bearings and bearing seats, and are mainly used to support rotating shafts, reduce friction losses, and ensure stable operation of equipment. Bearing seats are generally easy to install, stable in structure, and simple to maintain. Bearing seats are usually made of cast iron, cast steel, or engineering plastics, and have high wear resistance and impact resistance. Appropriate materials can be selected according to the use environment.
